STORE RETURN POLICY
We trust you'll love your Tidehead/Think Salty products, if not, we take care of it.
Orders shipped within the United States:
- 100% guarantee, period! (But please, if you've used an item for an extended period of time and it reflects normal wear and tear, please don't abuse our generosity, thank you.)
- If your Tidehead/Think Salty product(s) are damaged during shipping, if your apparel doesn't fit properly or if you are simply unsatisfied with your product(s), please return them.
- Simply contact us for a return address label.
- Once we've received your return, we will issue you a full refund to your original form of payment. Note: your refund may take up to 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item(s).
- If your apparel doesn't fit properly and you'd like to exchange for the correct size, please return them and we'll be happy to exchange the item for the correct size at no additional cost to you.
- Simply contact us for a return address label to begin the exchange process.
3. Tidehead Store Credit:
- We'll be happy to credit your account for the full amount of your return towards any item(s) listed within the Tidehead Store.
- Simply contact us for a return address label to begin the return process. Once we've received your return, we will credit back the full amount to your account for future purchases.
- Orders shipped outside the United States: (The same applies as above, except the following)
- Tidehead does not offer return shipping labels for any international orders. You will need to secure a shipping label and mail the returned products to: Tidehead Fly Fishing, 7 Lowcountry Place Ln, Bluffton, SC 29910
- Due to international shipping costs, If your apparel doesn't fit properly and you'd like to exchange for the correct size or if you'd like to apply your return towards store credit, please let us know and we'll be happy to exchange the item(s) with an additional shipping cost.
